Shrimp Dip (Lori)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can tiny shrimp, drained
onion powder -to taste
garlic powder -to taste
season salt
dash of worchestshire sauce
dash of lemon juice
7-10 ice cubes
1 ripe medium banana
1/2 cup strawberry Kefir (looks like a big drinkable yogurt container you can find in most grocery stores. Super good for you because it has something like 12 different healthy strains of bacteria. Even most probiotics only have 4 or so).Mix everything together in your blender and there you go! I add enough ice cubes that the drink is pretty thick, but you can do it however you want. Chocolate Banana Smoothie (Jill)
7-10 ice cubes
1 1/2 TBSP. Cocoa
1 tsp. honey
1 ripe, medium size banana
1/2 cup skim milk (or almond milk, soy, coconut -whatever you like)
Blend together. I like it thick but it's up to you. If you don't like it too dark you might want to cut back on the cocoa a little, but if you don't add enough it won't taste like much. I got this recipe off pinterest, but then added a little honey and went heavy on the cocoa. (Total Calories: 185)
